Our educators are inspired to nurture a young child’s learning through purposeful environment planning and mindful observation and documentation. As children interact with materials, their peers, and their surroundings, inquiry is ignited.
Educators attentively observe children's interests, both individually and as a community, in order to thoughtfully plan and provide materials and activities that enrich the exploration of the classroom, outdoors and other play spaces, and satisfy the natural curiosity of child-led investigation and increased mastering of skills. Our Early Years Half Day Program reflects the stage of development of the age group. Educators provide inviting materials for the children that engage their growing curiosity, motor skills, and quest for information, increasing their independence and confidence in taking risks in discovery.
Our Half Day Inquiry Program runs
Monday to Friday
from 9:00am-2:00pm
(following the Surrey School Calendar from September - June.)
2 day (T/TH) and 3 day (M/W/F) options are also available.
