Our Educators in the school-aged classroom are often called upon to be collaborators of a project or idea. While the activities and educator observation in school-aged classrooms may bear resemblance to those in 3-5 year old classrooms, the educator's role gradually transitions from that of an observer and guide into that of a sought after mentor. Educators skillfully come alongside our school-aged children, pose questions and assume the role of a 'thought partner' to foster a secure and collaborative learning environment.

The School-Aged classroom environment resembles that of a team. Activities at this stage are highly student-led as they enter our classrooms with a thirst for information and much to share.
